The North Central Ohio Computer Cooperative, the internet provider for most of the area school districts, presented a TNT Tech Fair Tuesday night.

Teachers from 17 different area school districts filled the Richland County Longview Center in Mansfield with computers, projectors and display boards as a way of showing how they're using technology in their classrooms.

Professional development coordinator Cheryl Cronbaugh said there's a lot of discrepancy about how important technology is in education.

She said people say technology isn't improving test scores, but she feels it doesn't really matter. She said students need to have technology when they leave the classroom and teachers need to be in the classroom preparing them for it.
