Evelyn B. Hoffman, age 95, died early Tuesday morning, March 9, 2010, at Winchester Terrace Nursing Home.  Born July 27, 1914, in Crestline, she was the daughter of the late George and Barbara (Hornung) Fetter.  Evelyn was an area homemaker her entire life and enjoyed spending her time in her home with her family and friends.  She was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church. 

She is survived by a sister-in-law, Wilma Hoffman; nephews, Hysen Selman, Tim (LeeAnn) Hoffman, Marc (Kelly) Hoffman and Larry (Cindy) Hoffman; nieces, Patricia (Andy) Andonach, Patricia (Paul) Roberts and Debbie Shakarian; several cousins; and several great-nieces and nephews.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Hoffman; brother and sister-in-law, George and Lena Fetter; niece, Georgene Fetter Selman; and nephew, James M. “Jimo” Adams.

Funeral services conducted by Rev. Richard Beal will be held 1:30 p.m. Thursday, March 11, 2010 at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 98 S. Diamond St., Mansfield.  Friends may visit from 12:30 p.m. until the time of the service.  Burial will follow in Mansfield Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church, 2010 Park Avenue West, Mansfield, Ohio 44906.  For online guest registry, please click on the link above.
